Keep naming evidence visible

The current store uses “Shadow's Gang.” Earlier store/devlog wording may differ. The wiki preserves the discrepancy instead of silently declaring every label the same entity.

The announced Full Version minimap supports immediate street navigation and dynamic driving zoom. The Tactical Map serves a broader strategic information need.
