Tactical Map and Gang Influence

Use it for strategic context

Official store copy connects Winston Springs districts, Patrol Units, dangerous areas and gang leaders. Detective and interrogation work can contribute intelligence.

1. DistrictSelect strategic area context.
2. Patrol / detectiveConnect field and investigative work.
3. InfluenceTrack only values and states shown by the current build.

Keep naming evidence visible

The current store uses “Shadow's Gang.” Earlier store/devlog wording may differ. The wiki preserves the discrepancy instead of silently declaring every label the same entity.

Do not use it as a minimap

The developer documented a minimap for immediate street navigation. Tactical Map work concerns district-level intelligence and assignments. Hotfix #2 fixed map zoom, but the brief note does not identify every affected map view.
