Process an arrested suspect
After field transport, developer material shows photograph and registration before temporary Holding Cells, case progress or prison transfer.
Grow capability without fake numbers
The store says arrests and Closed Cases bring funds for equipment, skilled personnel and station capability. It does not publish a universal cost table or best upgrade order here.
