What changed for players

Separate a missing zoom input from a dispatch failure, and a nonresponsive siren event from a driver intentionally fleeing.

1. Interaction Not WorkingOFFICIALLY FIXED in the current issue database. A removed prompt on a nonfunctional object can be intentional. No patch here establishes a universal keybinding fix or that every resident must offer every action.
2. Map Zoom Not WorkingOFFICIALLY FIXED in the current issue database. The notes do not publish a complete map-control scheme or prove every input-device issue shares the same cause.
