Update and check

Record the assignment and map state, then retest that dispatch after updating.

1. Finish the Steam updateCheck pending downloads for the Full Version, then close and relaunch the game.
2. Retest the exact taskUse the same symptom and context; note whether the behavior changed.
3. Report a recurrence preciselyInclude the installed build, save context, affected task and reproducible steps. Keep a new report separate from the official historical fix.

What the evidence does not prove

The notes cover patrol assignment returns and stuck patrols, not every traffic jam, manual pursuit or estimated return time.

This page does not prescribe deleting saves or resetting progress. No universal workaround is invented from a single community report.
