OFFICIAL FIX means an update said the issue was fixed in that historical context. MONITORING means current evidence is incomplete. Neither label alone proves a problem exists in your build.
Safe troubleshooting record
Capture App ID, current build/version if shown, save age, the exact screen or task, reproduction steps and whether the latest update is installed.
- ScopeFull, Demo or Prologue.
- StateOfficial fix, acknowledged, community report, monitoring or workaround.
- BoundaryState what the evidence does not prove.
Pre-release Full Version
A current Full release-build issue list cannot exist before direct official availability. The release sweep will seed only verified build-scoped items.
