What changed for players
The upscaling entry was superseded by #18/#19. Use the pause-menu traffic reset for traffic, not as a claimed repair for every dispatch or save problem.
- DLSS Not WorkingOFFICIALLY FIXED in the current issue database. The notes do not list every supported GPU or promise an FPS gain. Do not force an unavailable option through unverified configuration edits.
- FSR Not WorkingOFFICIALLY FIXED in the current issue database. Re-enabling FSR is an official change, not proof that every hardware configuration is crash-free. Do not describe #18's temporary restriction as current behavior.
- Traffic StuckWORKAROUND in the current issue database. No source states that traffic reset repairs saves, returns every police unit, or resets cases. Its exact effects on unrelated tasks are not invented here.

This is a historical note, not the latest patch. Patch Notes #21 is the latest verified announcement. Later changes may supersede recovery advice or add a different fix for a similar symptom.
The summary covers the official post, not every system in the game. The related guides and issue links below help separate the named correction from a broader unresolved report.
