#13 corrected inappropriate infractions on delivery and prison-transport vehicles. If a ticket prompt appears on those vehicles, record the current build and situation before treating an older screenshot as a valid rule.
Speed checks and response behavior
#12 improved speed-gun reload and battery capacity without publishing values. #2 addressed some infractions not responding to sirens. Neither supplies a universal speed limit, ticket reward or guaranteed stopping behavior.
